Benefits of T’ai Chi

T’ai Chi has many benefits. Here are some to consider: it is low impact so it is easy on your body; it can soothe pain like arthritis pain or stress headaches; it  can reduce stress by counteracting the fight flight response; it increases flexibility; and improves balance and mobility. It also improves mood and when done with other people in a group, it is fun. Beginning Tai Chi classes have begun every Tuesday at 4 PM at the Firehouse in Fairhaven.  All students must be vaccinated to join. Contact Linda for more information. Peace, Linda
