We take time at Thanksgiving to be grateful for our health, family, friends and all that we have and enjoy. As we enter a hectic time of year, please consider joining my Qigong class that meets every Tuesday at 10 AM at Hillcrest Church in Fairhaven. This class is open to the community at no cost to participants. We are wearing masks to ensure the utmost safety for all.   If you want to enroll in my classes, i offer a Qigong class by ZOOM that meets every Thursday at 10 AM ( no class on Thanksgiving.
