There are types of this ancient energy breathing form- medical (Healing), meditative and martial arts (T’ai Chi Chuan. I integrate qigong movements into many of my T’ai Chi classes but also teach 4 qigong routines- Shibashi, Five Animal Frolic, The Five Treasures and the Eight Pieces of Brocade. Zoom classes are available as a method to learn and practice T’ai Chi.
