S is for Seriously- take all medical advice seriously and follow the precautions carefully. This is very important to protect ourselves and others.
A is for Active- staying Active is essential for your mind, body and spirit. It will help you to sleep as well. Take solo walks, do T”ai Chi, and other activities to keep your body moving
N is for Neighborly- say hello to your neighbors, wave to people, give a neighbor or friend a call to say hello and check in. Maybe go to the to store for one of your neighbors who is at high risk.
E is for energetic- be positive even though you will have times of anxiety and worry, That is normal and you should not feel bad about that. Keep moving, have a structure in your day and use your energy to good use.
