There are four “happiness hormones”- dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphin. By employing some simple behavioral and mindful activities like T’ai Chi, holding hands, eating dark chocolate, walking in nature to name a few, we can make the flow of these hormones more habitual thus ensuring a sense of wellbeing.
